Localized Cryotherapy Treatment

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without charge with at least 24 hours' notice. With less than 24 hours' notice, the fee is 50% of the session price: $25 for localized cryotherapy or $75 for body sculpting and contouring. No-shows are charged the full session price: $50 for localized cryotherapy or $150 for contouring. For prepaid package appointments, a late cancellation or no-show uses one session, with no additional cancellation fee. Late arrival may shorten your session; if there is not enough time to provide the service, the appointment may count as missed. Exceptions for emergencies or illness may be made at CryoEdge's discretion. If CryoEdge cancels your appointment, you may reschedule without charge or receive a refund for the affected paid appointment; a package session will be restored. Contact info@pfwell.com as early as possible to cancel or reschedule, including requests inside the 24-hour window. Amounts already paid count toward any applicable fee; clients are not charged twice for the same appointment.
